1 Definitions and Interpretations

"judifree", "we", "Platform" or "us" refers to the operation and administration of the judifree platform under the domain judifree.vin. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using the services provided by judifree.

"Account Balance" refers to the actual deposit amount in a member's account, excluding any bonus amounts that have not yet met the wagering requirements. "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by judifree, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the relevant promotion.

"Betting" means any wager placed using the account balance or bonus balance on any game or market available on the judifree platform.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use judifree services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual and not a company, partnership, or other legal entity.
• Not a resident of any region or country that prohibits or restricts access to online gambling platforms.
• Never had an account at judifree previously terminated for violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

Judifree reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify membership eligibility. If you are unable to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, judifree reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

3 Account Registration and Personal Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information — are considered fraudulent and all related accounts will be terminated, with any winnings obtained forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Please use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. judifree will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Judifree accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods including online banking through FPX, digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay), and other methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. judifree does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit received from an unrecognized source will be returned.

Judifree reserves the right to apply additional processing time for deposits that require security review. This is a standard procedure to protect all parties from suspicious financial activity.

5 Wins Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings may be requested at any time, provided your account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified members, subject to routine security checks.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are subject to your account tier and KYC verification status.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Judifree reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

If there is any discrepancy between the bank account name and the name registered on judifree, the withdrawal will be held until proper identity verification is completed.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by judifree are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. In general, the following principles apply to all judifree bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the wagering requirement as required before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus value must be played through 20 times).
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game session, judifree reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account. Wins obtained during a period of technical disruption may not be validated.

For sports and eSports betting, judifree follows industry-standard rules in determining betting outcomes. Any disputes regarding betting results must be submitted within 7 days from the date the result is announced.

8 Prohibited Member Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judifree platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other members to exploit the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs for unfair financial gain.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person when registering or using the platform.
• Transferring funds between different judifree accounts for money laundering purposes.
• Carrying out any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the security of other members.

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Judifree reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, a breach of Terms and Conditions, or activity that compromises platform security has occurred.

Members whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not entitled to any refund or compensation for the remaining balance in the account. However, if termination is carried out without valid grounds, judifree will ensure that any valid deposit balance is returned to the member.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the judifree support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any valid deposit balance will be returned after the required security review.

10 Responsible Gambling

Judifree is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of self-control tools accessible to members through account settings, including deposit limits, betting limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12 Limitation of Liability

Judifree is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting or gaming decisions made on the platform. All gambling activity is undertaken entirely at the member's own risk.

Judifree is also not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters. We will make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and remains accessible at all times.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Judifree reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the judifree platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the judifree platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
